Type: Full time · Remote (Independent Contractor)

About Us
We operate a multi brand Shopify portfolio (6 brands) and scale globally. We run lean, build fast, and care about data, customer experience, and operational excellence. This is a long term position for someone who will grow with us.

What You’ll Own
Inventory: End to end ownership of forecasting, ordering, supplier management support, and PO flow. Maintain vendor dossiers (terms, current lead times, quality notes) and prevent stockouts while protecting cash.
Operations & Process: Stand up SOPs, Asana workflows, and operational checklists you create. Ship automations (Zapier/AI/Sheets) that remove manual work.
Shopify Ops: Day to day store operations and app ecosystem to drive sales and reliability.
Customer Experience QA: Analyze support quality in Gorgias or Zendesk, surface patterns, and drive fixes that improve retention and CSAT.
Insights: Provide a concise weekly performance insight pack every Monday with 2–3 actions.
Hiring Enablement: Build hiring pipelines/SOPs and help staff key roles as needed.
Knowledge Ownership: Know the business end to end—who supplies what, what changed in recent chats, and where risks/opportunities are.
Executive Support: Act as the CEO’s partner. Prepare weekly briefs on what happened across brands and suppliers, run special projects and research, check data and send summaries, and draft SOPs with the team. (Calendar coordination not required.)
Social Scheduling: Own scheduling/automation of posts (tool of your choice). No copywriting required.

Requirements
6–10+ years in Shopify ecommerce operations (multi brand or high SKU preferred).
Expert in Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, modeling, dashboards).
Strong Shopify operations and Shopify apps know how.
Asana project management; Zapier or equivalent automation experience (or fast learner).
Proficiency with Gorgias or Zendesk; able to audit VA performance.
Analytical, high IQ problem solver; excellent judgment and ownership.
Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT/agents) to accelerate workflows.
C1/C2 level English; clear written and verbal communication.
Executive support capability: proactive, detail oriented, strong written summaries.
Basic understanding of advertising is a plus (no hands on buying required).

Success Metrics (examples)
Forecast accuracy, lower stockout rate, higher inventory turns.
On time delivery of Monday insight packs and Asana SLAs.
Reduced manual hours via automations; measurable CX improvements (FRT/CSAT).
Clean, timely financial reporting in Google Sheets.
CEO receives proactive support and priorities are consistently executed.

Compensation
Base: $1,700–$2,200 USD/month (depending on experience).
Bonuses: Quarterly, based on effort and overall business KPIs.
Payments: Via Wise.
