We are Green Vista Living, an online store reselling off-grid solar kits, batteries, inverters, composting toilets, and eco-friendly products. Our mission is to help people live sustainably with reliable, offgrid solutions.

We are looking for a long-term, part-time Virtual Assistant to join our team. The right person will help us manage and grow our e-commerce business, saving us time and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Your Daily Tasks May Include (Training Provided):
- Monitor 1,000+ product inventory for price updates and stock availability
- Handle live chat inquiries from customers via our website
- Check and respond to emails (quotes, technical assistance, order follow-ups)
- Research new brands and products to add to our catalog
- Review competitor websites to suggest improvements for our store
- Assist with Google Ads & Bing Ads monitoring and improvements
- Optimize product pages for accuracy, completeness, and SEO
- Follow up with customers who requested quotes

Tools We Use:
Shopify (main store platform)
Gmail
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
ChatGPT (for techincal assistance)
Google Search (for research)


Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Previous VA or e-commerce experience preferred (Shopify experience is a plus)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable with learning new tools and processes
Able to work independently and take initiative
