Curriculum & Course Development Specialist

Cherry Hill Advisory is building new online courses to help professionals grow in their careers and strengthen the internal audit profession worldwide. You will have the opportunity to take creative ownership in building high-quality courses that make a real difference for professionals.
We value innovation, clarity, and practical learning experiences. You’ll work directly with our Chief of Staff and CEO to design and build impactful online courses. You’ll structure modules, create engaging content, and ensure our training programs are practical and learner-friendly.

Responsibilities
? Collaborate with the CEO on course outlines and learning objectives.
? Create learning materials (slides, scripts, guides, workbooks).
? Add interactive elements (quizzes, exercises, templates).
? Apply instructional design best practices.
? Coordinate with designers or video editors if needed.
? Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and professional standards.

Qualifications
? Experience in instructional design and course creation.
? Strong writing and content development skills.
? Ability to simplify complex professional concepts.
? Knowledge of platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, or Thinkific.
? Detail-oriented and creative.
