JOB OVERVIEW

This role blends creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. You’ll own Southern Pool Designs’ digital presence, content creation, and builder outreach programs—driving qualified leads, sharpening our advertising strategy, and positioning SPD as the go-to luxury pool builder in Central Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

Edit and publish short-form videos daily across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more

Develop engaging, story-driven content that showcases our pools, process, and brand personality

SEO & Website Management

Continuously optimize and update our website with new service pages and portfolio showcases

Strengthen organic search performance with on-page SEO, backlinking, and technical improvements

Ensure SPD ranks prominently on Google and AI-driven search platforms to generate consistent leads

Advertising Strategy

Manage digital ad spend across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

Track ROI and refine strategy to maximize qualified leads at the right cost

Market Targeting

Build lists of luxury neighborhoods and identify high-value geographic zones for targeted campaigns

Builder Outreach

Organize and execute outreach to custom home builders, creating repeat referral pipelines

Support builder relationship marketing with polished materials and follow-ups

Marketing Materials

Design client-facing collateral: look books, one-pagers, and presentations that reflect our luxury positioning

Brand & Merchandising

Create premium branded merchandise to elevate brand perception with both clients and team

Qualifications

3+ years in marketing, digital strategy, or related field (luxury or construction industry experience a plus)

Proven portfolio of content, SEO improvements, and marketing campaigns

Proficiency in video editing and social media content creation

Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, backlink strategies, and website optimization

Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Balance of hands-on content execution with higher-level strategic thinking

Creative eye for design, branding, and storytelling
