), an online retailer specializing in affordable DVD products. Our Shopify store is already set up with products ready to sell. We are seeking a results-driven Shopify Store Manager who can take full responsibility for driving sales and managing the store’s overall performance. This is a commission-based role—ideal for someone motivated by results and growth.
Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase store revenue across all channels.
Store Management: Oversee product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and customer journey.
Marketing Execution: Run and optimize campaigns
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data, conversion rates, and traffic sources; adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
Operations Coordination: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including order flow, customer service support, and fulfillment alignment.
Requirements
Proven experience in Shopify store management with measurable sales growth.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing, product promotions, and revenue-driving tactics.
Ability to manage the store independently, from strategy to execution.
Familiarity with performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
Entrepreneurial mindset: motivated by results and commission-based earnings.
Compensation
Commission-based only (percentage of sales revenue).
Competitive structure: flat % of net sales or tiered % with higher rates as revenue grows.
Commission paid on a weekly or monthly basis (to be agreed).
Nice to Have
Experience growing Shopify stores from zero to significant sales levels.
Familiarity with multi-channel sales (Google Shopping,
