We’re looking for a creative Short-Form Video Editor to help us take our new studio show to the next level. The role is focused on creating teaser clips, soundbites, and highlight reels from long-form podcast episodes.

What you’ll be doing:
• Cutting down podcast episodes into short, engaging clips (30–90 seconds).
• Adding captions/subtitles, graphics, and branding to make each clip platform-ready.
• Creating dramatic teaser edits to build anticipation before episodes go live.
• Repurposing content for TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X.
• Working closely with the main podcast editor to ensure consistency in style and tone.

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience editing short-form content for social platforms.
• A good sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes a clip “pop” online.
• Skills in captioning, motion graphics, and enhancing with music/SFX where needed.
• Creative flair — you know how to turn a soundbite into a scroll-stopping video.
