About Us:
We manage a large Discord community of 500–700 active content creators. Our mission is to keep the creator ecosystem fair, transparent, and well-organized. To achieve this, we’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to oversee payment reviews and maintain strong communication with creators.

Role Overview:
You’ll be the central point of contact between our team and our creators. Your job will be to review, accept, reduce, or reject payment submissions (logged in a spreadsheet), while keeping creators informed and ensuring fairness. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to build trust at scale.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and review all payment submissions from 500–700 creators in our shared spreadsheet.

Apply provided guidelines to accept, reduce, or reject submissions.

Communicate payment outcomes with creators clearly and respectfully.

Act as a community liaison — building transparent relationships with creators.

Answer creator questions and help them understand payment policies.

Provide weekly reports on payment approvals, rejections, and issues.

Collaborate with the leadership team to improve workflows and maintain efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in community management, moderation, or VA work (handling large groups is a plus).

Excellent written communication skills (clear, professional, and empathetic).

Highly organized, detail-focused, and reliable.

Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel.

Familiarity with Discord and online creator communities.

Ability to handle sensitive payment information responsibly.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with 500+ members in online communities.

Background in influencer, creator, or digital content management.
