We are a fast-growing business coaching company based in Australia, serving ambitious coaches, consultants, and course creators around the world.

We’re looking for a loyal, experienced, and proactive OPERATIONS MANAGER based in the Philippines to help us manage a growing team of VAs, appointment setters, and creatives — and protect the CEO’s time by ensuring smooth, timely operations.

This role is perfect for someone who has helped run a VA agency, led remote teams, or managed operations inside online businesses.


Your Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple tea ---------- mbers (setters, designers, admins)

Track team performance, hours, and task progress

Support hiring and onboarding of new VAs

Handle client-VAs coordination if we provide services (agency style)

Step into interviews with clients & help match VAs to their needs

Ensure smooth project delivery & client satisfaction

Only bring higher-level issues to the CEO — be the buffer, not the bottleneck


Must-Have Skills:

- Leadership & team management experience
- Detail-oriented, organised, and dependable
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proactive — takes initiative without being told
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
- Can work during or overlap with Australian business hours


Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience running or managing a VA agency
- GoHighLevel, Asana, or CRM experience
- Experience in online coaching/consulting space
- Client-facing communication skills
