Electrical Engineer

Progear Company Limited was founded in 2009, as a trading company, we primarily source bicycles, exercise equipment, electric scooters etc, to our primary markets, including United States/Canada, Europe and Australia.
The Role:
• Support and coordinate with factory/suppliers on the electric scooter electronics system and manage the project.
• Analysis and test the components/scooter, provide suggestions on components and cost estimation;
• Support on the preparation and help pass the product safety testing (UL, EU, etc.);
• Production follow up and conducting random quality control checks.
• Collect product issues from production/customer complaints and improve them ASAP.
• Organize and elaborate product documentation.
• Update and report project status constantly to manager and customer.

Skills Requirements:
• BSc Degree in Electronics;
• Experience in equipment certification (preferably);
• 5 years working experiences in electronics, experiences on electric scooter is preferable.
• Experience PCB development, product design and testing.
• Inventive skills and great capacity of developing innovative solutions;
• Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset and ability to work with factory Engineers.
• Capable to meet tight deadlines and to work in high pressure environments;
• Speak and writes fluent English and Chinese (Chinese writing is not preferably)

• You will be required to move to China for work
• Accommodation and travel expenses will be fully paid
• Salary: 5000 to 1500 RMB depending on experience

Salary: 5000 - 15000 RMB based on experience (approx. 36300 – 108800 PHP)
Work place: Travel between Shenzhen and Changzhou.
