About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to join our fast-growing startup as our first commercial hire. This is a foundational role where you’ll work directly with the founding team to help scale client offerings, build efficient go-to-market systems, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to drive results.
This is not a backseat role—you’ll have ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how we grow.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Management & Optimisation: Run and refine end-to-end client campaigns, from setup to reporting.

Data Engineering & Lead Generation: Scrape, process, and enrich datasets to identify decision-makers and create targeted lists.

GTM Strategy Development: Support customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning initiatives.

Automation & Tool Implementation: Use platforms like Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to streamline workflows.

AI Integration: Apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve efficiency and insights.

Performance Analysis: Break down campaign results to uncover what worked and what to adjust next.

Client Success: Collaborate closely with founders to deliver exceptional outcomes.


What We’re Looking For

Platform Proficiency: Experience with software platforms similar to our tech stack (Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) - we need someone who can hit the ground running and is willing to live & breathe these platforms until they become an expert

GTM Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern go-to-market systems, customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies

AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools and practical experience integrating them into GTM processes

Data Skills: Comfortable working with B2B databases, data enrichment, and basic analytics

Communication: Fluent English with excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset

Mindset: Passion for innovation, ability to work autonomously, and strong collaborative approach

Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who is hungry to grow, excited about the intersection of AI and sales, and ready to take ownership in a startup environment. Whether you're early in your career but technically proficient, or experienced in GTM but new to AI tools, we're interested in candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability and results-driven thinking.
With our sales automation tool in development, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence product direction and potentially transition into product development, customer success, data science, or other exciting areas as we scale. This role offers exceptional growth potential for the right person who wants to be part of building something significant in the rapidly expanding Sales AI space.
