We’re a women’s health and beauty brand looking for a creative, resourceful, and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer strategy, generate authentic product reviews, and help us build a community of loyal fans and advocates. You’ll play a central role in expanding our presence on social media, collaborating with creators, and making our products the ones everyone is talking about.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- You consistently generate high-quality reviews for our Amazon products through influencer outreach and product seeding
- You build and nurture relationships with influencers who genuinely align with our brand
- You manage influencer campaigns from outreach to results, staying organized and on top of every detail
- You help us grow a highly engaged brand community through thoughtful communication and strategy
- You spot social trends early and bring creative, relevant ideas to the table

You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Reaching out to and managing relationships with influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Planning and executing influencer campaigns to drive Amazon reviews, product awareness, and conversions
- Sending products to influencers, tracking delivery and follow-ups, and ensuring quality content is delivered
- Organizing and tracking influencer metrics, performance, and payments using spreadsheets or platforms
- Repurposing influencer content for use across our social media, website, and ads
- Supporting the marketing team in community-building initiatives and customer engagement

You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships
- Are confident managing multiple campaigns and influencers at once without missing details
- Have a strong understanding of how to build trust and authenticity with content creators
- Are proactive, self-sufficient, and love working in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong communication and follow-up skills, both written and verbal
- Love systems, spreadsheets, and bringing structure to creative work

Nice to Have:
- Experience with TikTok influencer campaigns or short-form video trends
- Familiarity with influencer platforms
- A background in wellness, beauty, or consumer products

- Don’t have experience running influencer marketing campaigns or working directly with creators
- Aren’t comfortable organizing and tracking campaign performance or content
- Don’t care about details, timelines, or communication follow-through
- Need to be micromanaged or wait to be told what to do
- Aren’t interested in engaging with the community or understanding customer needs
