Video Editor – Adobe Premiere Pro Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform raw footage into polished highlight reels, training content, and marketing videos. The ideal candidate has strong technical editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of video content. You will collaborate closely with our media team to deliver professional, engaging outputs that meet client needs on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage (drone, construction, marketing, and social media clips) into polished 90-second to 2-minute highlight videos.
- Perform color grading, trimming, sequencing, and audio/music integration.
- Add opening and closing graphics including client branding and project details.
- Organize and manage video files for smooth workflow and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the lead videographer and marketing director to align on editing standards.
- Support additional editing tasks, including training videos, promotional materials, and social content.
- Deliver projects consistently within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Mandatory Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop for graphics and motion work.
- Strong knowledge of video editing fundamentals: sequencing, pacing, transitions, and color correction.
- Ability to edit efficiently while maintaining accuracy, ensuring titles, dates, and logos are always correct.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in branding.
- Strong communication skills with willingness to ask clarifying questions.
- Reliable internet connection capable of handling large video uploads/downloads.
- Availability to work U.S. hours (4 AM – 12 PM EST, Monday to Friday).

Preferred Skills
- Background in construction, drone, or corporate video editing.
- Prior experience producing high-volume video outputs under tight deadlines.
- Remote work experience collaborating across international teams.
- Ability to contribute to marketing or social content creation in addition to core editing work.
