VA Manager

Position: Offshore Support Manager (Virtual Assistant Agency)
Rate: $6/hour | 2 hours per day to start

We’re looking for an experienced Offshore Support Manager to work directly alongside the CEO & Founder of Atlas Row. In this role, you’ll oversee a growing team of virtual assistants across sales, social media, general VA, and Shopify/system support functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Team Management: Be the point of contact for our VAs, answering questions, providing guidance, and keeping projects on track.
• Founder Support: Keep the founder organized and updated daily with a clear summary of team progress, pending questions, and any items requiring her input.
• Training & SOP Development: Assist with onboarding new VAs, support ongoing training, and create standardized operating procedures for recurring questions or tasks.
• Quality & Efficiency: Ensure team deliverables meet expectations, streamline workflows, and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the founder to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and drive smooth communication between the team and leadership.

Ideal Candidate
• Has prior experience managing virtual assistants, ideally within another agency.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and resolve them quickly.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; confident guiding a team while keeping morale high.
• Experience creating SOPs, managing distributed teams, and supporting executives in a fast-moving environment.

Schedule & Pay
• Hours: Starting at 2 hours per day (10 hours per week), with the opportunity to increase as we bring on more clients and expand the VA team.
• Monthly Pay:
• At 2 hours/day (~40 hours/month) ? $240/month
