Qualifications:

-Female, with proven experience as HR Supervisor or similar role
-Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws
-Experience in meeting with management and handling reports
-Knowledgeable in preparing memorandums, employee benefits, DOLE cases, and employee engagement
-Can plan and organize different office/company events and celebrations
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
