We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with strong design expertise and at least 10 years of experience to join our growing digital team. This role demands creativity, technical mastery, and a high level of problem-solving ability, with a proven track record in both sophisticated development and visually impactful design.

Creative Problem-Solver: Highly analytical with a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
Bonus: Experience creating SEO-friendly website content using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and on-page optimisation best practices.

Key Responsibilities
? Lead both the design and development of websites from concept to launch, with strong aesthetics and UX in mind
? Customize Shopify templates and WordPress themes using Elementor, DIVI, and WPBakery Page Builder
? Design high-quality, brand-aligned graphics for websites and social media
? Implement and maintain SEO best practices, performance tracking, and analytical integrations
? Oversee e-commerce features such as product catalogs, shopping carts, and payment gateways
? Manage hosting environments, WHM, webmail setups, and server optimizations
? Develop automation workflows and integrate tools like Klaviyo & Omnisend
? Work across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and high design/development standards are met

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in web development (with Shopify & WordPress)
- Advanced HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL skills
- Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD preferred)
- Solid UX/UI design fundamentals with a portfolio to prove it
- Deep SEO expertise and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Experience with email marketing, automation, and social content management
- Skilled in site security, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting
- Confident handling API integrations and complex backend tasks
