Tour Operation Executive

Job Profile:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tour Operations Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities include:

Preparing and sending quotations to clients based on their travel requirements

Creating customized itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets

Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals

Ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining excellent client communication

Strong communication and writing skills

Good knowledge of travel destinations and tourism operations

Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail

Previous experience in a travel agency or tour operations role is an advantage
