seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage the day-to-day backend operations of my commercial real estate business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Lead Management – Enter, organize, and categorize leads, track conversations, and ensure all opportunities are properly followed up. Preferred: CRM - follow up boss, Mojo, Trello, google docs, excel
Communication & Follow-Up – Maintain consistent communication with leads through
Email
Social Media Support – Assist with basic posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms.
Organization & Scheduling – Keep pipelines, tasks, and follow-ups continuously updated and on track.
What I’m Looking For: Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss preferred)
Familiarity with
Reliable, proactive, and detail-driven personality
This role is about making sure no leads are missed and that the business is consistently running at a high level of organization and follow-through.
