Remote (Philippines-based) |Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer with advanced Revit (BIM) skills to join our growing remote team. If you’re passionate about design, sustainability, and modular construction, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

Create architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents in Revit.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers for smooth BIM coordination.

Manage and update BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Perform clash detection and resolve design coordination issues.

Support design development from concept to technical documentation.

Follow Australian building codes, sustainability standards, and company guidelines.

Take part in design reviews and client presentations.

Stay updated on BIM trends and introduce workflow improvements.

Mentor junior staff when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.

2–5+ years of architectural design experience.

Must-have: Advanced Autodesk Revit and BIM workflow skills.

Strong portfolio showing technical accuracy and creativity.

Familiar with AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion).

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and modular systems.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills (not required, but a plus):

Dynamo scripting for Revit automation

Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards

Sustainable/energy-efficient design experience

Salary & Benefits

60,000 PHP – 80,000PHP/month (depending on experience)
