We are looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our social presence. This role will focus on consistent branding, content creation, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram,
Responsibilities
Content Creation
Design social media graphics, reels, and promo assets in Canva (templates provided).
Write captions aligned with our brand voice (faith-based, empowering, transformational).
Repurpose blog posts, newsletters, and course content into short social posts.
Content Scheduling & Posting
Manage posting calendar for YNPP & NPP platforms.
Schedule posts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
Ensure branding consistency across all channels.
Engagement & Growth
Respond to basic comments/messages (with provided guidelines).
Track engagement metrics (likes, reach, shares, click-throughs).
Report weekly on performance and suggest improvements.
Launch Support
Support promotional campaigns for monthly courses and the Soul Strong Newsletter.
Assist with visibility campaigns for the upcoming book launch and Global Prayer Day.
Proven social media management experience (please show examples).
Strong Canva design skills.
Experience scheduling posts across multiple platforms.
Good copywriting ability — clear, uplifting, and engaging captions.
Detail-oriented with ability to follow brand guidelines.
Reliable and proactive communicator.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with faith-based, nonprofit, or wellness brands.
Video editing skills for reels.
Familiarity with Kajabi/Equipt360 newsletters (not required but helpful).
