About the Role
We’re an Australian commercial real estate company looking for a reliable and results-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team long-term. If you're confident on the phone, coachable, and excited about learning the world of Australian property, this could be a perfect fit.
You’ll be making 100+ outbound calls daily , following proven scripts, managing lead data in our CRM, and booking qualified appointments with business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls (100+ per day) to targeted business prospects.
Follow a clear call script to qualify leads and create interest.
Set appointments directly into our calendar (we'll train you on the system).
Track call outcomes, notes, and contact info in our CRM.
Follow up with warm leads and rebook no-shows or reschedules.
Learn the basics of Australian commercial real estate as part of your onboarding.
Who We're Looking For
Fluent English speaker (neutral accent preferred)
Clear, confident phone voice and active listening skills
Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (any industry)
CRM experience required (Go High Level or similar is a big plus)
Coachable, consistent, and eager to learn and grow
Comfortable working independently and meeting daily KPIs
Available full-time during AEST hours
Bonus Points If You Have:
Used Go High Level (GHL) CRM before
Worked in or with a real estate company
Experience calling Australian or international B2B leads
Proven success hitting outbound call or appointment targets
