Amazon FBA Brand Manager – PPC & Listing Optimization

Job Overview
We’re Crazy Town Parties Pty Ltd, the parent company of Party GOAT, a joyful brand dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for kids through imaginative play. We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Brand Manager to join our remote team and take ownership of our Amazon product success.
This is a long-term opportunity to work with a growing global brand, where your ideas and expertise will directly impact our growth. You’ll be responsible for managing PPC campaigns, optimizing product listings, and ensuring our products rank and perform well on Amazon.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and market analysis
Build and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend)
Create and manage PPC campaigns across multiple SKUs
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Run split tests, pricing experiments, and ranking strategies
Collaborate with creatives to finalize listing visuals
Track competition, sales, and listing health
Generate reports and insights to guide decisions
Coordinate with supply and operations teams to align stock and strategy

Qualifications
2+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central
2+ years experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking, and listing structure
Proficient in keyword research tools (Helium 10, Titan Network, Jungle Scout, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus
Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a remote team

Work Hours
Part-Time: 15–20 hours/week
Flexible schedule (work from anywhere)
Potential to grow into Full-Time
