App + Web Developer (MVP) – Construction Matching Platform

OVERVIEW:
We need an experienced developer to build an MVP for a platform that connects construction companies with subcontractors. Initial version will be free for users, with paid features later.

MVP FEATURES:
• Two user types (Company, Subcontractor)
• Account login (email/phone/OTP)
• Profiles (skills, hourly rate, service area)
• Location-based matching (GPS/postcode)
• Simple job posting & messaging
• Admin panel (basic moderation)
• Modern, responsive UI for mobile + web

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience building marketplaces or matching apps
• UI/UX skills or ability to work with a designer
• Mobile-first development (React Native or Flutter)
• Backend experience (Firebase/PostgreSQL/Node.js)
• Ability to suggest scalable architecture
