Executive Personal Assistant / Project Manager
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time (minimum 25 hours/week)
About the Role
I’m looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Personal Assistant / Project Manager who can help manage my personal brand, wellness businesses, and app development projects. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, creative, and proactive — someone who can take initiative, keep things organized, and support me across multiple ventures.
You’ll be working across:
• CammyLee Brand – personal growth, lifestyle, and social media projects
• 414ALL Wellness / For One For All Campus – health, fitness, and inclusive community initiatives
• Kairos App – a personal connection and memory-keeping app currently in development
This is a dynamic role that blends executive assistance, social media coordination, business planning, and light tech project management.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistance
• Manage my calendar, reminders, scheduling, and
• Track deadlines, meetings, and priorities across different projects
• Create checklists, SOPs, and workflows to keep projects moving
• Research and prepare reports (vendors, partnerships, software tools, trends)
• Assist with personal admin tasks to help streamline day-to-day life
Business & Project Management
• Help plan and organize wellness events, workshops, and launches
• Support with business planning (brainstorming, documenting, structuring ideas)
• Manage project timelines for Kairos app development
• Communicate with contractors, freelancers, and tea
• Track deliverables and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Social Media & Branding
• Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Organize content calendars and track engagement analytics
• Repurpose content across platforms (quotes, clips, carousels)
• Help brainstorm creative campaigns and community engagement strategies
Tech & App Support
• Provide tech support — comfortable learning tools like Notion, Canva, Slack, Asana, or Trello
• Support with app research, competitor analysis, and feature documentation
• Organize app development notes, timelines, and product roadmaps
• Communicate with developers or agencies as needed
Qualifications
• Experience: At least 2–3 years as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or project coordinator
• Skills:
• Excellent written and spoken English (multiple languages is a plus)
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Canva experience preferred)
• Tech/computer skills (comfortable learning new platforms quickly)
• Research and documentation skills
• Bonus:
• Experience in wellness, fitness, or app development
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, Trello, ClickUp, or project management apps
• Creative eye for branding and content
