About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel our real estate cold calling operation with high-quality, organic leads. You’ll be responsible for identifying and collecting potential seller information from various sources and platforms — no paid ads, no automation tools — just strategic, manual, organic lead sourcing.

This role is perfect for someone who understands real estate, knows where to find distressed or motivated property owners, and can deliver clean, actionable data to keep our calling team busy and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Lead Sourcing & Research:
• Identify motivated seller leads using organic methods (no paid marketing).
• Pull data from online sources such as Zillow (For Sale By Owner), Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, tax delinquency lists, pre-foreclosure records, and other public data.
• Monitor real estate forums, community groups, and niche local sites for potential leads.

???? Lead Management:
• Organize leads into Google Sheets, CRM, or lead tracking tools with complete and accurate information (owner name, address, contact info, property condition, etc.).
• Tag and categorize leads by motivation level, property type, and urgency.

???? Collaboration & Reporting:
• Communicate regularly with the acquisitions/cold calling team to understand what types of leads convert best.
• Provide updates on lead flow, source performance, and potential improvements to sourcing strategy.
• Adjust sourcing tactics based on market response and lead quality.

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with real estate lead generation or data mining.
• Strong understanding of motivated sellers and real estate investment (wholesaling/flipping).
• Self-motivated and resourceful — you know how to dig deep and find opportunities others miss.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, online databases, and skip tracing platforms (if needed).
• Basic knowledge of U.S. real estate markets and property types.

• A strong work ethic and consistent output — this is a volume-driven role.
• Creativity and persistence in uncovering non-obvious leads.
• High attention to detail — we rely on clean, usable data.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly with the team.

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience sourcing leads for a wholesaling or fix & flip business.
• Familiarity with skip tracing tools or CRMs like Podio, REI Reply, or Batch Leads.
• A network of potential lead sources or connections in real estate communities.
