About the Role:

We’re looking for a confident, persistent, and personable Real Estate Cold Caller to join our real estate investment team. Your main responsibility will be reaching out to property owners, building rapport, and negotiating contracts to acquire off-market properties for flipping.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and the emotional intelligence to navigate high-pressure or sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Cold Calling & Lead Outreach:
• Call a high volume of homeowners and property leads daily.
• Engage property owners in meaningful conversation to uncover motivation and property details.
• Build rapport and trust with potential sellers, even in tough or stressful situations.
• Identify qualified leads and set appointments or move them toward contract.

???? Lead Management & CRM:
• Accurately document all call activity, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with warm leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with acquisitions team to finalize deals and contracts.

???? Negotiation & Deal Structuring:
• Present offers confidently and professionally.
• Educate sellers on the sales process, benefits of selling off-market, and timeline.
• Help move leads from interest to signed agreement.

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate preferred (training available for the right person).
• Strong, clear, and friendly phone presence.
• Thick skin — comfortable with rejection and staying positive under pressure.
• Knowledgeable about basic real estate terms (ARV, equity, distressed property, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using CRMs, phone dialers, and scripts.

What You Bring:
• A high level of emotional intelligence — you know how to connect with people.
• A go-getter attitude with a desire to grow in the real estate investment space.
• Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
• Desire to help sellers find real solutions, not just push for a sale.

Bonus Points If You:
• Have worked in acquisitions, wholesaling, or real estate investing.
• Have experience using tools like Podio, REI Reply, Mojo Dialer, CallTools, etc.
• Speak a second language (Spanish is a plus).
