Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary response point for inbound inquiries from artists, labels, and managers
Manage on-boarding, including platform breakthroughs, training, and adoption guidance.
Address day-to-day support needs—release metadata, platform bugs, updates, and general questions.
Deliver virtual demonstrations to new and existing clients to showcase our tools and best practices.
Proactively monitor client activity and flag potential issues; collaborate with ops or product teams to resolve concerns and reduce churn.
Lead regular check-ins (e.g., quarterly business reviews) to share insights, measure engagement, and gather feedback.
Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to help shape product improvements.
Spot and escalate potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
1–3 years in a client-facing role, preferably in music, digital media, or SaaS.
Deep love for music and knowledge of its ecosystem.
Technical agility—comfortable with CRMs, analytics, support tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Highly organized; able to thrive under pressure.
