Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Remote Drive for Dollars Tea ---------- mber to virtually scout and identify distressed properties using our real estate software. The role involves analyzing properties through virtual tools (e.g., Google Maps, satellite imagery, or proprietary software) to select addresses that appear distressed, abandoned, or in need of repair. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in "Drive for Dollars" or similar real estate scouting activities and a keen eye for identifying potential investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Utilize our real estate software to virtually navigate neighborhoods and identify distressed properties.
Analyze property conditions using visual cues (e.g., overgrown lawns, boarded windows, structural damage) via virtual tools.
Accurately log and categorize selected addresses in our software system for further evaluation.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to provide detailed notes on property conditions and potential investment value.
Meet weekly targets for the number of properties identified and logged.
Maintain data integrity and ensure all entries are accurate and complete.
Participate in periodic tea ---------- etings to discuss findings and refine scouting strategies.

Qualifications and Experience
Required:
Proven experience in "Drive for Dollars" or similar real estate scouting activities (virtual or in-person).
Familiarity with identifying distressed properties based on visual indicators (e.g., exterior condition, neglect, vacancy).
Proficiency in using virtual tools like Google Maps, Street View, or real estate software for property analysis.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation of web-based platforms.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or device capable of running our software.


Preferred:
Background in real estate, property investment, or related fields.
Experience with real estate software platforms (e.g., PropStream, DealMachine, or similar tools).
Understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
Ability to analyze satellite imagery or other virtual mapping tools to assess property conditions.

Compensation
Pay is negotiable based on experience and performance.
Performance-based bonuses may be available for meeting or exceeding property identification targets.
