Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant- Logistics/Shipping

VODA Global Logistics (a World Options franchise) is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant to help generate new B2B shipping clients. The VA will be responsible for lead generation, cold email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and appointment setting. You must also assist in creating marketing materials, following up with prospects, and maintaining records in our CRM (Zoho). Strong English communication is required.

Responsibilities include:
- Researching local and international businesses that require shipping & logistics services
- Building lead lists and verifying company contact details
- Sending cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups to decision makers
- Setting appointments for the business consultant to close
- Assisting with marketing campaigns (email blasts, social media posts, flyers)
- Updating Zoho CRM with prospect activity and pipeline notes

Wage / Salary:
Hourly: $2.50–$3.00/hour - 20 - 40 hours
$400–$520/month (depending on experience)
