We are looking for someone strategic who can take ownership of the full scope of digital marketing — from
Responsibilities
Digital Product Creation: Design and develop eBooks, templates, and planners that attract and convert leads. Keep assets updated with market trends and user feedback.
Course & Community Management: Lead the development and launch of online courses and community platforms (SKOOL). Manage course creation, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Copywriting & Content: Write compelling copy for landing pages,
Social Media Strategy: Create content for Instagram and YouTube, manage schedules, analyze performance, and optimize for growth.
Landing Pages & Funnels: Build and optimize landing pages and funnels, implement lead magnets, and improve user experience for higher conversions.
CRM & Marketing Automation: Manage CRM systems, design workflows, and implement nurturing strategies (e.g., Mailchimp, Manychat).
Meta Ads Campaigns: Collaborate with the Director to plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns focused on lead generation.
Project Management & Reporting: Oversee launches and content strategies, track progress, and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications
-2–4 years’ experience in digital product creation, CRM management, copywriting, funnels/landing pages, Meta ads, social media, and online community management.
-Diploma in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field is a plus.
-Copywriting expertise for high-converting campaigns.
-Proven experience launching/managing online communities (preferably on SKOOL).
-Strong background in managing Instagram and YouTube content.
-Portfolio showing digital products (eBooks, checklists, planners, dashboards) and social content.
-Independent worker — no reliance on external designers.
-Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities.
-Visual storytelling skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
-Technical know-how with Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), funnel builders (ClickFunnels, Kajabi), and
-Analytical mindset — skilled in A/B testing, data tracking, and performance optimization.
-Flexible with schedule to meet project goals. Extra worked hours means extra fees.
Preferred Skills
-SEO best practices for YouTube & social media.
-Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
-Familiarity with subscription or membership-based products.
