VA, Amazon FBA - North America

We are an eCommerce business seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and confident Virtual Assistant to provide support with Amazon product research, lead generation in predominantly the Canadian market, and cross-border sourcing for the US.
If you have experience with A2A (Amazon to Amazon flips) this would be extremely beneficial.
This is not a beginner role – we are looking for someone who already knows how to use key Amazon seller tools such as Keepa Product Finder, RevSeller, and SellerAMP (SAS). You should be skilled at finding profitable products, identifying good leads, and understanding the intricacies of online arbitrage and wholesale sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and generate leads from Canadian retail and wholesale sources
• Cross-border product sourcing for ---------- (US)
• Analyze product history, price trends, and competition using Keepa, RevSeller, and SellerAMP
• Find profitable items for Online Arbitrage and Wholesale models
• Stay informed about shipping logistics and US-Canada product restrictions
• Maintain spreadsheets or tracking reports with clear, accurate data
• Communicate updates daily or as needed via chat/email

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Amazon FBA product sourcing
• Excellent research skills and familiarity with Canadian and US online stores
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Keepa and Profit Calculators
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Reliable high speed internet connection
• Must own your own computer
• Must be a self-starter and stay on top of changes when using Amazon Seller Central

• Experience with other tools like AMZscout or Tactical Arbitrage
• If you are able to use Keepa on a more advanced level you will be highly considered
