Responsibilities:

-Call apartment complexes from a provided list
-Use a short script (we’ll provide)
-Log calls in a spreadsheet or CRM
-Schedule appointments directly on Google Calendar

Requirements:

-Fluent English with clear speaking voice
-Cold calling or telemarketing experience
-Comfortable making 50 calls per day
-Reliable internet and quiet work environment

Pay:
$200/month + bonus per qualified appointment + $1000 bonus for net new customers
