Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant supports the CEO and leadership team with scheduling, task management, follow-ups, communications, and project tracking. This person ensures top-level executives remain focused and organized.

Primary Job Tasks
• Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-ups.
• Track and follow through on executive action items.
• Draft internal communications and manage inboxes.
• Coordinate with departments for deadlines and priorities.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of EA, VA, or admin support experience.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and follow-up skills.
• Experience using tools like Outlook, Teams, and ClickUp.
