Position Summary
The Inside Sales Analyst will support the sales team by preparing accurate and timely IT equipment quotes, proposals, and renewals. This role will work closely with the CTO, CEO, and VP of Business Development to deliver managed IT proposals, track renewals, and ensure clients receive competitive and complete technology solutions. Success in this role will come from attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to consistently meet quarterly goals and initiatives.
Primary Job Tasks
Prepare client quotes for IT equipment including hardware, software, and warranty renewals.
Assist with managed IT service proposals using company templates.
Maintain vendor relationships and leverage pricing tools for accurate quotes.
Track renewals and proactively communicate with clients.
Collaborate with leadership (CTO, CEO, VP of Business Development) on strategic sales initiatives.
Maintain quoting software/tools and ensure accuracy in all submissions.
Support quarterly sales goals and initiatives by providing timely deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years in IT sales support, inside sales, or quoting role preferred.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Familiarity with IT equipment, software licensing, and warranty structures.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Experience with quoting tools, PSA/CRM systems a plus.
