Proactive eCommerce VA – Help Build & Scale New Brands (Mentorship Included!)

I’m looking for a proactive eCommerce Virtual Assistant to become my right hand in building and scaling new online brands.

I’ve recently sold an eCommerce business and I’m now starting fresh projects from the ground up. You’ll be helping me with research, freelancer management, and operations support as I grow these new brands.

This is more than just an admin role — you’ll be working closely with me, learning step-by-step how eCommerce brands are built and scaled. It’s a great opportunity if you want long-term stability and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience in online business.

Responsibilities:
• Research products, suppliers, and tools ? summarize top 3–5 options with pros/cons.
• Shortlist and manage freelancers (designers, developers, editors, etc.) so I only see the best candidates.
• Create task lists and simple project boards (Notion, Trello, or similar).
• Keep projects moving forward with follow-ups and communication.
• Upload content/products (Shopify, Canva, or similar — training provided if needed).
• General admin: organize info, prepare summaries, manage simple files.

Requirements:
• Excellent English (written & spoken).
• Organized, reliable, detail-oriented.
• Comfortable learning new tools (Google Docs, Notion, Canva, Trello).
• Proactive: you don’t wait for instructions, you anticipate needs.
• Past VA or eCommerce experience preferred (but not required if eager to learn).



What You’ll Get:

???? Pay & Salary

• $4–6 USD/hour (depending on experience)

• Starting at $400–600 USD/month (part-time, 20–30 hrs/week)

• Potential to grow to $800–1,000 USD/month full-time as responsibilities increase

• Always room for performance-based bonuses
