We are a fast-growing automation company helping businesses streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and scale efficiently. Our client base is expanding quickly, and we are looking to add skilled Automation Experts to our team.

Position Overview
As an Automation Expert, you will receive either:

An existing automation or JSON file with notes/SOPs for setup, or

A defined goal and expected output, where you will be responsible for designing and building the automation from scratch.

We are looking for professionals who can:

Follow detailed instructions to implement automations accurately.

Take a business goal and build a working automation solution without step-by-step guidance.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, and test automations using provided JSON files, SOPs, or goal-based requirements.

Integrate tools, APIs, and platforms as required by the client/project.

Document work clearly to ensure repeatability and team visibility.

Deliver completed projects within agreed timelines.

Requirements

Proven experience in building automations (please provide examples of past work).

Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, or similar).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Growth

Hourly pay based on skill level and project complexity.

Higher pay for experts who can independently design and execute automations from business goals.

Project/Gig-based to start.

After 3 successful builds, candidates may be offered a full-time position.
