U.S. Registered Nurse (Remote – Offshore, Philippines)

Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Philippine-based Registered Nurses holding valid U.S. RN (NY licenses) to work remotely in support of hospitals and urgent care clinics. The role includes providing telehealth triage, case management, care coordination, and patient support services to ensure seamless, high-quality care from offshore. This is a remote position requiring excellent clinical judgment, communication, and adaptability to U.S. healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform remote patient triage, telehealth consultations, and follow-up care.
Support case management, care navigation, and patient education.
Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations.
Collaborate virtually with physicians, providers, and care teams.
Monitor patient progress and escalate urgent cases appropriately.
Ensure privacy and adherence to HIPAA standards in all communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Valid, active U.S. Registered Nurse (NY RN) license (required).
Philippine-based RN with strong clinical experience; U.S. clinical/telehealth exposure preferred.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (utilization review, triage, urgent care, case management, or telehealth preferred).
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Tech-savvy with proficiency in EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Reliable internet connection and secure workspace for remote work.
