I am looking for someone who is intelligent, creative, resourceful, and highly self-motivated. This position is not for someone who needs constant training or hand-holding. You must be able to research independently, figure out how to get things done, and take initiative.

About the Role
The position will start part-time while you prove your capability and consistency.

Once you demonstrate results and can manage the role effectively, it will transition into a full-time permanent position with a raise.

Responsibilities
Research businesses in the U.S. that may be willing to donate or sponsor our nonprofit.

Create fundraising strategies and campaigns to raise money for the organization.

Write and submit grant applications.

Actively manage and post on our Facebook page, keeping it professional, heartfelt, and engaging.

Produce impactful, emotional videos (similar to nonprofit commercials for pets, veterans, etc.) that inspire donations.

Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that capture attention and generate contributions.

Creative thinker – you can come up with campaigns that stand out.

Hardworking and reliable – you follow through and don’t make excuses.

Marketing savvy – you understand how to move people emotionally and motivate action.

Professional communicator – you can represent our mission with sincerity and heart.
