Virtual Assistant (Philippines-based) – Australian Company
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly communicative Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our Australian company. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves guest communication, scheduling, administrative support, and human resources coordination, including the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support: Assist with staff scheduling, timesheet processing, onboarding new staff, monitoring leave requests, and maintaining HR records.
HR Policy & Procedure Management: Support the review, updating, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the business.
PMS Management: Ideally with experience in Lodgify.

Phone Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Guest Communication: Handle interactions with guests on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and
Cleaning & Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate cleaning rosters, liaise with cleaners for turnovers, and contact maintenance personnel for minor repairs.
System Management: Use and maintain our Property Management System (PMS), Airbnb account, and ServiceM8 platform efficiently.
Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support smooth business operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/HR role.
Familiarity with PMS systems, Lodgify, Airbnb, and ServiceM8 is highly desirable.
Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience in HR administration, including policy review and implementation, highly regarded.
Proficient in productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office.
