Video Editor (Part-Time, Podcast)

Looking for an experienced video editor who is skilled at both Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
You will be working on short-form content for a podcast related to the creator-founder niche.
Your main point of contact will be me, the producer, with a background in editing myself.
You must be detail orientated and passionate about your work.

Key Responsibilities
- Cutting down clips <90s, removing any deadspace, stutters or filler words
- Arranging and animating subtitles in a polished and engaging way
- Adding B-Roll and background music that compliments the video
- Editing roughly 30 clips a month

Requirements
- Experienced in Adobe After Effects 2020 or higher
- Experienced in typography, motion graphics and visual storytelling
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Fast and Reliable Internet

Compensation
- Base $300/month (17,159.33PHP)
- Performance Based Incentives, $20/100k views

Ideal Candidate
- Experienced in editing short-form content / posting on social media
- Experienced at asset collection for b-roll (image + video)
- A wide skillset not exclusive to video editing
- Maintains a fast response and turnaround time
- Eager to perform and only delivers the highest quality work
