Service Titan Implementation Support Specialist

At Pivotl, we help service businesses simplify operations, increase profitability, and scale through better systems and financial clarity. We’re looking for a ServiceTitan Implementation Support Specialist who is excited to learn, grow, and work alongside our Certified Coaches to deliver successful CRM implementations for our clients.

What You’ll Do:
Get trained in ServiceTitan implementation and become an expert at setting up the platform.
Work directly with our Certified Coaches to support clients on ServiceTitan implementation projects.
Assist in system configuration, workflows, and best-practice setup inside ServiceTitan.
Use Excel extensively to manage data, build supporting documents, and track progress.
Gain exposure to accounting workflows and help align ServiceTitan setups with financial systems.

What We’re Looking For:
Extensive CRM experience (any CRM platform; ServiceTitan experience is a big plus).
Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup).
Comfort with data systems and software configuration.
2–4 years in ServiceTitan, specifically in an accounting or export capacity
QBO exposure is a big plus.

Good to have:
Experience handling multiple clients on a recurring export schedule
Familiarity with Pricebook cleanup — remapping items, fixing item types, aligning GL accounts to QBO
Basic understanding of accounting concepts (AR, AP, credit memos, journal entries)
