DelGate Logistics is a fast-growing Canadian 3PL providing reliable, tech-driven warehousing, delivery, and customer-focused logistics solutions. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Remote Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations from anywhere.

Role Overview
You’ll work online to plan and optimize delivery routes, support customers, and coordinate drivers/dispatchers to ensure smooth, on-time operations. This is a remote position that requires working in Pacific Time (Vancouver time zone).

What You’ll Do
• Route planning & dispatch: Build and optimize daily routes; adjust in real time for traffic, weather, and exceptions.
• Customer service: Be the main contact for delivery inquiries; resolve issues via phone and email.
• Driver/dispatcher coordination: Provide clear instructions, updates, and support to keep deliveries on track.
• Operational alignment: Collaborate virtually with warehouse staff, clients, and drivers to prevent and solve bottlenecks.
• Communication & problem-solving: Handle escalations quickly and keep stakeholders informed.

What You Bring
• Experience in logistics/dispatch/transport coordination (asset).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident problem-solver; calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with routing/dispatch tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

Work hours: Must be available during Pacific Time hours.
Tracking: We use Time Doctor to review productivity and tasks.
