Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee shipment tracking and tracing processes.
- Handle import/export documentation and compliance requirements.
-Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery.
-Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and supply chain operations.
-Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to international logistics.

Qualifications:
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years in international logistics, with hands-on experience in tracking and tracing shipments, import/export processes, and supply chain management.
-Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
