Role Overview:
We need a skilled video editor to manage editing for two YouTube channels (one has 75K subs: ---------- ) and repurpose content into TikToks, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and X. This is a fast-paced, full-time remote role requiring speed, quality, and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with daily turnaround.
- Repurpose content into short-form for multiple platforms.
- Create engaging intros and maintain high technical quality.
- Deliver polished, ready-to-publish videos with little revision.

Requirements:
- Proven video editing experience + strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with editing software, audio sync, color grading.
- Attention to detail + ability to follow precise directions.
- Strong communication and responsiveness.
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
- Must be available to overlap with Pacific Time Zone (Los Angeles) from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM daily for this remote position

Nice to Have (Bonus):
