Vehicle Posting & Marketing Assistant

About the Role:
I’m looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join my team long-term. This role will start with core responsibilities in vehicle postings and appointment booking, with opportunities to grow into more marketing and business support tasks over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Post vehicles from our website onto Facebook Marketplace, ensuring all details are accurate.

Update pricing for used vehicles weekly.

Update pricing and incentives for new vehicles monthly.

Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook and assist with booking appointments.

Create and manage Excel sheets to track leads and appointments.

Provide support with content creation for Instagram and other marketing efforts.

Assist in improving efficiency across both the dealership and personal business projects.

Compensation & Incentives:

Base hourly wage (with room for growth as we continue working together).

$25 bonus for every appointment booked and shown.

$50 bonus for every vehicle sold from your appointment.

What I’m Looking For:

Someone reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Comfortable with social media, basic Excel, and communication with customers.

Interested in growing with the role long-term — this is not just a short-term position.
