We are seeking an experienced, ethical part-time paralegal to support our legal team in managing our SLP process. This is a contractor role, fully remote, approximately 5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the SLP process, ensuring leads are handled ethically and confidentially.
Doing research on various platforms to assist our legal team with compliance.
Streamline processes and identify points of friction to optimize lead handling.
Report challenges or decisions that require managerial input.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow integration.


Requirements:
Proven paralegal experience, preferably with US-based attorneys.
Ability to provide verifiable references from prior attorney employers.
High ethical standards and trustworthiness.
Strong organizational and process management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems or workflow management tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
