Customer Service Rep / Dispatcher for Home Service Plumbing

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Weekday CSR/Dispatcher to join our team at Diamond Plumbing. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers during the week, handling incoming calls, booking jobs, and dispatching technicians.

This is a long-term, full-time role with consistent weekday hours. We’re seeking someone reliable, organized, and customer-focused who can confidently support our field team and deliver an excellent experience to our customers.

Schedule & Hours:

Monday - Friday
1:30 PM – 9:30 PM EST (Miami, Florida time)

40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

Book jobs in our CRM (Housecall Pro)

Dispatch technicians and coordinate schedules

Provide updates to customers on technician arrival times

Ensure smooth weekend operations with clear communication

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English

Reliable internet connection and computer (backup internet preferred)

Prior CSR, call center, or dispatching experience strongly preferred

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and problem-solve quickly

Willingness to work every weekend during required hours

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate (to be discussed based on experience)

Paid weekly
