Appointment Setter

Job Description

We’re ---------- and looking for hungry, motivated appointment setters to join the team.

What you’ll do:
Engage with leads on IG/DM, warm them up, and book them into Joe’s calendar.
Follow proven scripts (training provided).
Track conversations + results in our CRM.

We’re looking for:
Strong written English & communication skills.
Consistency — can handle daily outreach and follow-up.
Coachability — open to scripts, feedback, and KPIs.

Compensation:
Base + performance bonus (per show + per close).

Growth opportunities as the team scales.
