Outreach Virtual Assistant

A copywriting and web development business is seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and outreach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

? Researching and building prospect lists across a variety of niches.
? Identifying businesses with poor or no internet presence (e.g., poor funnels, outdated websites, or no website at all).
? Collecting verified decision-maker emails using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and Google.
? Uploading leads into Instantly.ai for outreach campaigns.
? Maintaining accurate and high-quality lead lists.

This position will begin at 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours if performance is strong.

Requirements:

????Strong written and spoken English.
????Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets).
????High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy over bulk volume.
????Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
????Stable internet connection.

Preferred (Not Required):

????Experience with email outreach platforms (Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Smartlead).
????Familiarity with email verification tools (NeverBounce, MillionVerifier).

Pay:

$10-12 USD/hour (depending on experience and increasing with positive results).

Paid weekly via the employer’s chosen method.
