We are Blades Capital, a real estate investment company based in Wichita, Kansas. Our mission is to transform renters into homeowners through seller-financed housing—while delivering consistent, secured 8–10% returns to private investors.

We’ve closed 300+ transactions, manage $15M+ in assets, and are growing fast. To support this mission, we’re looking for a talented, reliable, and proactive assistant/marketing partner to join us as our right hand.

Your Role

You’ll work directly with the founder (Derek Blades) and take ownership of critical tasks across marketing, investor relations, and operations.

Your day-to-day work will include:
• Watching and applying training (RaiseMasters capital raising system)
• Assisting in website updates & funnel building (WordPress/ClickFunnels preferred)
• Helping design ebooks, presentations, and lead magnets
• Editing and repurposing videos & podcast content
• Booking podcast appearances and managing outreach to hosts
• Creating and scheduling email & SMS drip campaigns
• Managing social media content & scheduling
• Assisting with investor communication (email follow-ups, chat replies, scheduling calls)
• Supporting general administrative needs

• Tech-savvy – comfortable with Canva, basic video editing, website builders, email platforms
• Creative problem-solver – you don’t just wait for tasks; you anticipate what’s needed
• Hungry to learn – willing to watch training, master new tools, and grow with us
• Trustworthy & loyal – looking for a long-term role, not just another gig

Requirements
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience in digital marketing (funnels, email, social media, content creation)
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel
• Comfortable with Zoom, Google Suite, and project management tools (Trello/Asana)
• Fast, reliable internet connection
• Willingness to work U.S. hours
