The Nanny Collection is a Southern-rooted, boutique nanny placement agency based in Tennessee. We support high-profile and professional families by connecting them with long-term, exceptional caregivers. We are known for intentional placements, elevated service, and warm professionalism.
We’re hiring a long-term, part-time Virtual Assistant to support recruiting, candidate presentation, job post creation, and admin operations. This is a writing- and detail-heavy role where tone, clarity, and personal judgment matter.

Pay, Hours, and Bonus
$5/hour USD

Paid via Wise only
Time tracking via TimeProof or per-task reports

10-20 hours/week
Must be available during 12 PM–5 PM EST

$25 bonus after 2 weeks (based on communication and quality)
Raises at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months
No 13th month

Do not apply if you are only available overnight PH time. We need daytime collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Support
- Reviewing nanny applications
- Uploading references, certifications, and resume files
- Screening for required qualifications

Candidate Presentation
- Formatting candidate profiles for family viewing
- Writing short summaries with strong grammar and agency tone
- Creating profiles in Google Docs and Canva

Admin and Job Post Writing
- Writing polished job posts from raw family notes
- Posting to Google Drive and internal systems
- Helping set up our new recruiting software (training provided)
- Organizing backend materials in Notion, Canva, and Drive

WESTON FAMILY – FULL FAMILY PACKET

Location: Northshore – Chattanooga, TN
Start Date: Mid-to-late September
Child: 8-month-old baby girl (will be 10.5 months at start) named Sophia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; some date nights
Pets: 1 older, medium-sized dog (friendly, sheds) named KODA
Travel: 3–4 domestic trips/year – nanny encouraged to join, all expenses paid (ski-beach-mountain-international)
Pay: $23–$27/hour depending on experience (overnights will be a flat rate of $200 for sleeping sleeping hours
Guaranteed Hours: Yes – 40 hours/week guaranteed even when the family travels
Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation (coordinated) + all major holidays paid one
Duties:
All things Baby. Care laundry meal prep
Bottles and solids prep for BLW
Nursery organization and light housekeeping
Restocking baby items by ordering
Rotating age-appropriate books and toys developmental activities

Consultation Call Notes
Baby has a consistent daily routine: 10 AM and 2 PM naps, solids twice daily, continues breastfeeding
Mom works from home 2–3 days per week; dad works out of the home
No spankings only gentle parenting
Family values developmentally stimulating play; Montessori-influenced
